Orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, drugs you will receive an email providing an order status update as well as a tracking number.
International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, sickness a return and/or exchange can be made within 14 days of the delivery date providing that original tags are attached and the merchandise has not been worn or altered. Heirport Apparel has the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet our return policy requirements. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping charges on all returns and/or exchanges are the responsibility of the client and all returned merchandise must be insured by the parcel carrier.
We will refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the delivery, and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

Please be advised that there is a standard three-week turnaround time for custom orders. All custom orders must be paid in full in advance. This is non-refundable once work has commenced on your order.
